The 4070 Ti has 25% more CUDA cores and a higher power budget. The 5070 has newer architecture, GDDR7 memory, and DLSS 4. On paper, the 4070 Ti is the more powerful card.
Rasterization
In raster, the RTX 4070 Ti is roughly 10–20% faster than the RTX 5070 at 1440p and 4K. Its wider core count and higher power budget give it a clear lead. The 5070 is a strong 1440p card but doesn’t quite match the 4070 Ti.
